This custom installation was inspired by my Common Ground series. We are always excited to create custom glasswork for clients because it drives us to think creatively. For this installation, the client requested a larger version of my Common Ground series to act as center pieces on a large meeting table. Creating this artwork enjoyable because Common Ground is usually made of much smaller rocks than the large rocks created for this install. We were able to do something we don’t do all the time and that is always exciting.
